Fantastic Hotel Experience!

The breakfast was a great selection. I especially appreciated the friendly and helpful staff! The location is also great. It's a short walk to all the major sites. Rooms and bathrooms are comfortable and very clean. I loved that.

The staff was helpful, offering recommendations for places to visit. Andrew made very good aperitifs. Roberta provided a chilled bottle of Prosecco, as I had to change rooms and she always had a smile and time for a word.

The hotel rooms were super clean. I found the beds very comfortable! Each toilet seemed spacious enough. Decor was brand new. The air conditioning unit worked phenomenally, maintaining a consistent and pleasant temperature.

The hotel has affiliations with a parking garage, if you need to hire a car. Breakfast provided an excellent array of options. The location allowed easy walking distance to many attractions and the train station!

the location was decent with quick walking distance to the town center.
The air conditioning was to be centrally controlled and was switched off at certain times (i found this frustrating). also, one of the staff members seemed to have a serious attitude problem. It was not a cute experience. road work nearby further added to the disturbances.

Superb Hotel Experience!

The breakfast offered a wide variety of food choices. I discovered that they prepared freshly cooked items daily. The staff was very friendly and helpful with city information and restaurant reservations. My room included modern design elements and cleanliness. It was a comfortable size for three people.
I noticed road work nearby caused some minor disturbances.

The location was fine for walking to main attractions. I suppose that was acceptable.
The air conditioning looked to be switched off remotely. A staff member exhibited questionable behavior. Road work caused disruptions . I don't know how anyone could relax with all of that.
